CLOCOT COOKIE POLICY
Effective Date: October 2, 2026 Last Updated: October 2, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how LexLupi LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on Clocot websites and web applications. It should be read together with the Clocot Privacy Policy.
1. WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files or similar records stored on or associated with a browser or device. They can help websites remember sessions, preferences, consent choices, security state, and usage information.
Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and comparable browser or device technologies.
2. SCOPE
This Policy applies to Clocot public websites, account and pre-authentication pages, and browser-based Clocot functionality where cookies or similar technologies are used.
Third-party services embedded in or connected to Clocot may use their own technologies under their own policies.
3. STRICTLY NECESSARY TECHNOLOGIES
We may use technologies that are necessary to provide requested pages and functions, maintain authentication, protect sessions, prevent fraud, preserve security state, remember consent choices, and maintain account functionality.
Where law permits, strictly necessary technologies may operate without prior consent because they are required to provide the service requested by the user.
4. PREFERENCE TECHNOLOGIES
Preference technologies may remember language, interface preferences, display settings, consent selections, and other optional settings.
These technologies are used only as permitted by applicable law and product configuration.
5. ANALYTICS
Clocot may use analytics technologies to understand page visits, traffic sources, device and browser characteristics, feature usage, performance, conversion events, approximate geography, and aggregate engagement.
Where consent is required for analytics, analytics technologies are activated only after the relevant consent is obtained.
6. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
The public Clocot website may use Google Analytics when analytics consent is enabled.
Google Analytics may receive device and browser data, page URLs, event information, IP-derived information, session or cookie identifiers, and interaction data.
7. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGIES
Clocot does not currently depend on behavioral advertising as its core business model.
If we introduce marketing or advertising technologies that require consent or opt-out rights, we will provide the legally required controls before those technologies are used.
8. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Embedded videos, social media widgets, payment components, maps, support tools, or other third-party content may set or read cookies when loaded.
Where practical and legally required, non-essential third-party content is gated by consent.
9. AUTHENTICATION AND SECURITY
Authentication systems may use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain signed-in sessions, anti-forgery protections, authentication challenges, WebAuthn or OAuth state, security preferences, and account recovery state.
Disabling essential authentication storage may prevent login or other secure functions from working.
10. CONSENT
Where applicable law requires consent, the Clocot consent interface allows users to make an affirmative choice before non-essential technologies are activated.
Consent choices may be stored so the website can remember them.
11. WITHDRAWING OR CHANGING CONSENT
Where a consent-control interface is available, you can change or withdraw non-essential cookie consent using that interface.
Withdrawal affects future use and does not make prior processing unlawful where consent was valid when given.
12. BROWSER CONTROLS
Most browsers allow users to block cookies, delete cookies, restrict third-party cookies, clear local storage, or control site permissions.
Blocking all cookies can break authentication, security, saved settings, checkout, or other essential website functions.
13. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Where applicable law requires us to recognize a qualifying browser-based privacy preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process the signal as required for the relevant browser or device.
14. COOKIE DURATION
Some technologies are session-based and expire when the browser session ends. Others remain for a defined period so settings, consent, analytics, or authentication state can persist.
Retention depends on the technology and purpose.
15. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Analytics and other third-party technologies may cause information to be processed outside the country where the user is located.
International transfers are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, consent requirements, or applicable laws change.
17. CONTACT
Questions about cookies or tracking technologies may be sent to office@clocot.com.
